How your data is handled.

Mindact Solutions AB (company reg. no. 559293-6545), Lagastigen 16, 331 30 Värnamo, Sweden, is the data controller. Mathias Karlsson is a co-founder of Mindact, and assignments booked through this site are delivered and invoiced by Mindact Solutions AB.

The form collects your name and email address, and whatever else you choose to fill in:

• phone number and organisation
• what the enquiry is about, type of occasion, date, place and audience
• your message

The data is used to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering those who get in touch.

The enquiry is sent as an email to Mathias's inbox. It is not stored in any database on the site.

An enquiry that does not lead to an assignment is deleted no later than two years after the last contact.

If it becomes an assignment, the data is kept for as long as the assignment runs, and after that for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires records to be kept.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see how it is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, country, type of device and browser. The statistics are aggregated and cannot be linked to you.

No cookie is set. Visits on the same day are recognised by an anonymous value that is discarded after 24 hours. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

The site sets no cookies. Two things are kept in your own browser and never sent anywhere: your choice of light or dark theme, and an unsent enquiry until you close the tab, so the text is not lost if the page reloads. That is why there is no consent banner.

The Spotify player on the Iris Selis page loads only when you click it. From then on, Spotify's terms and cookies apply.

The data is never sold and is not shared with anyone other than the services needed to run the site and answer you:

• Vercel Inc. runs the site and the visitor statistics.
• Resend, Plus Five Five Inc., delivers the email from the form.
• Google, through Google Workspace, receives the email.

These services are based in the United States. The transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and for Resend and Google also on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to know what data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict the processing, to object to it and to receive your data in a readable format. Get in touch at either address above.

If you believe your data is being handled wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
